Ethics and Transparency

To ensure fairness and transparency in the conduct of business, as required by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, ARKIPIÙ SRL, by administrative decision dated October 30, 2025, has adopted an Organization, Management, and Control Model. This model establishes rules and procedures that must be followed by all company personnel and other parties with whom the company interacts (agencies, customers, suppliers, collaborators, partners, etc.), in order to prevent the commission of the crimes covered by the Decree.

Furthermore, to describe the ethical principles and corporate ethics that guide the Company, a Code of Ethics was drafted and approved by the management. Compliance with the principles expressed in this document is required by corporate bodies, employees, and all those who cooperate in any capacity in pursuing the company's goals.

Since the Code of Ethics calls for principles of conduct also suitable for preventing the illicit conduct referred to in Legislative Decree 231/2001, it constitutes a relevant element for the purposes of the Organizational Model.

Furthermore, on 30/10/2025, the Supervisory Body (ODV) was established as an independent body, entrusted with the task of monitoring the functioning and compliance with the Organizational Model, as well as ensuring its updating.
